Rules of the sugar bush

1. Who keeps the Hollow

These terms govern your use of sapbuckethollow.com ("Sap Bucket Hollow", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of sapbuckethollow.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may come down the creek trail

Only users aged 19 or over are welcome in Sap Bucket Hollow. When you use it, you are confirming that you are 19 or over.

3. The coins in Ovide’s tin

• The coins on every reel are virtual and given out without charge.
• Coins carry no monetary value. They count as neither money nor credit, and no one owns them as property.
• Coins cannot be purchased, sold, withdrawn or transferred, and they cannot be exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes. Nothing in the Hollow is an in-app purchase.
• No prize is offered that has value in the real world.
• We may tweak or reset coins, levels and features whenever it suits the running of the Hollow.

4. No real money on any reel

Real-money gambling is neither offered nor promoted by Sap Bucket Hollow, and nothing in the Hollow links to a gambling operator.

5. Your shack key

• Copperpot Cocoa and Harvestmoon Eaves, the two worlds past the open chalet row, require a free account. Each person gets one, and it is not to be shared.
• Keep your password to yourself. Should anyone else get into your account, let us know at once.
• You may delete your account from your account page at any moment. It is gone at once, and deletion cannot be reversed.
• Ovide may suspend an account that someone uses to disrupt the site, or one he believes is held by a person under 19.
• Coins, levels and missions hang on the account like pails on a maple; they are not your property and may be reset.

6. Fair use of the sugar bush

Leave the site’s workings alone: no attempts to disrupt it, no automated tools pointed at it, no offers to trade coins, and nobody under 19 at the reels.

7. When the sap stops: availability and liability

The site is provided “as is”. We may change or withdraw any part of it. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. Where the law forbids a limit on liability, nothing in these terms imposes one, and your statutory rights remain untouched.

8. Which law governs the Hollow

Ontario’s provincial laws, and the federal laws of Canada in force there, are the laws that govern these terms.
